Prices shown on the website are general plan information and may be changed or clarified before an engagement begins. The applicable proposal or service agreement will control the client’s actual fees, billing schedule, payment method, and scope.
Clients agree to pay all properly invoiced amounts according to the payment terms stated in their agreement.
Taxes, third-party fees, advertising spend, software costs, website hosting, development outside the agreed scope, and other external expenses are not included unless expressly stated in writing.
Traffisite may pause work or access to services when an account is materially overdue, subject to the terms of the applicable client agreement.
8. Changes in Scope

Traffisite will communicate material scope changes before beginning additional billable work.
9. Cancellation and Termination
Cancellation, renewal, notice, and termination requirements for client services will be governed by the applicable written proposal or service agreement.
Either party may have additional termination rights when the other party materially breaches an agreement and does not correct the breach within any applicable cure period.

Traffisite agrees to perform the applicable services professionally and according to the agreed scope, but SEO outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
11. Search-Engine and Platform Changes
Search engines, analytics services, social platforms, business listings, advertising platforms, content management systems, and other third-party providers may change their features, algorithms, requirements, access, pricing, or policies at any time.
Traffisite is not responsible for changes, suspensions, penalties, outages, data loss, or decisions made by third-party platforms. When practical, we may adjust the strategy or recommendations in response to material changes.

Your use of a third-party website or service is governed by that provider’s own terms and policies.
14. Confidentiality
Confidentiality obligations relating to client services will be governed by the applicable written agreement.
Each party should use reasonable care to protect non-public business, technical, financial, login, strategy, and customer information received from the other party.
Information that is publicly available, independently developed, lawfully received from another source, or required to be disclosed by law may not be treated as confidential, subject to applicable contractual terms.
15. Testimonials, Results, and Case Studies
Examples, testimonials, ranking data, traffic results, case studies, and other performance information describe specific circumstances. They do not represent a promise that every client will receive the same outcome.
Results vary based on the website, market, competition, offer, starting position, investment, time, and other circumstances.

20. Changes to These Terms
Traffisite may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in the website, services, business practices, or legal requirements.
Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the website after revised Terms are published means the revised Terms will apply to future use of the website.
Material changes affecting an existing client engagement will be handled according to the applicable client agreement.
21. Severability and No Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
A failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
22. Entire Website Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, govern general use of the Traffisite website.
For paid client services, the applicable proposal, statement of work, service agreement, or other signed agreement will control if it conflicts with these general website Terms.
